Dania gets a new group of owners consisting of three shareholders: the investment company Sobico ApS, the investment company Sabro Holding A/S, that total own 85%, even distributed, and Jon Jensen Holding ApS that owns the remaining shares. 
 
2008
Dania extends and the most advanced technology within hotbox and cold box core making machines including sand preparation equipment is implemented in the core shop.  
 
2007
The HWS moulding plant is equipped with a new laser pouring unit.
 
2006
The melting capacity is increased by installation of a new electric medium frequency induction melting furnace.
 
2006
Production area is extended by 1400 m² for production and 600 m² for storing purpose.
 
2005
The machine shop moves to new production facilities at the same location as the foundry and the capacity is increased by adding new CNC-machines.

CNC and robot technology is introduced.

Magmasoft technology is utilized for simulation of cavity fill and solidification simulation.

Dania acquires Vest Dansk Maskinfabrik A/S in Aars, and in 2002 the company changes its name to Maskinfabrikken Dania. It becomes possible to offer machining from own machine shop.

Dania´s quality and environment management systems are certified according to ISO 9001 and  ISO 14001, respectively.
 
1998
The moulding capacity is increased during investment in another Disamatic moulding plant. 
 
1996
New office, welfare facilities and pattern shop are inaugurated.
 
1995
The melting capacity is increased through installation of 2 new ABB medium-frequency induction furnaces. 
 
1993
Dania´s quality management system is certified according to ISO 9002.
 
1991
Dania acquires the activities of Kerteminde Jernstøberi and production is relocated to Aars.
 
1990
The foundry is expanding and with the investment in a Disamatic moulding plant new casting technology is implemented.
 
1987
Dania is separated from Sabroe A/S and the private limited company Jernstøberiet Dania A/S is established. Pension funds enter the group of owners.
 
1982
New management, Poul Erik Haurum is appointed manager. 
 
1981
Dania merges with Sabroe A/S and continues as a autonomous division with its own management.
 
1977
Electric melting and holding furnaces replace cupola furnaces.
 
1974
A new Heinrich Wagner high-pressure squeeze moulding machine with appurtenant sand-conditioning plant etc. is purchased.

Dania acquires the facilities from STØBCO and the foundry relocates from Aarhus to Aars.

Dania indgår aftale om produktion af SG-Jern som det første støberi i Skandinavien.

Dania makes an agreement about production of nodular iron as the first iron foundry in Scandinavia.
